1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service are non-refundable.
Free cancellation window: 24 hours before pick-up / tour start.
Where a refund is due, it is processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. In the event of force majeure (adverse weather, natural disasters, governmental measures, port authority restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control), we will offer a rebooking, an equivalent service, or a full refund for the unperformed portion.
To request a cancellation, email info@minoaroutes.gr or contact us via WhatsApp with your booking reference number. The time of cancellation is the moment we receive your written request.
2. Driver Wait Policy
Our drivers will wait at no extra charge during the following complimentary periods:
Airport
60 min
From actual landing
Port
30 min
From disembarkation
Hotel / Villa
20 min
From agreed time
For airport pick-ups, our driver tracks your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pick-up time automatically — provided correct flight details were given at booking. After the complimentary waiting period elapses, additional waiting charges may apply or the booking may be treated as a no-show.
3. Luggage Limits
Sedan
Up to 4 passengers and 3 standard suitcases.
Minivan
Up to 8 passengers and 10 standard suitcases.
If your actual luggage exceeds the declared amount, we may require an upgrade to a larger vehicle at an additional charge. Please specify oversized items (bicycles, surfboards, pushchairs, wheelchairs) at the time of booking.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at time of booking for transfers. Excursion deposits may be accepted where indicated. All payments are processed securely via Viva.com Smart Checkout.
Accepted methods
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and other cards accepted by Viva.com.
Currency
All prices are in EUR (€). Greek VAT (ΦΠΑ) is included where applicable.
Security
We do not store card details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by Viva.com.
